I wrote this book in 2010 after 12 years of a succesful and trouble-free low carbohydrate lifestyle. I updated it September 23rd, 2019 with the experience gained after 9 more years of eating, living, and listening to hundreds of hours of podcasts. I also updated "My Low Carbohydrate Home Menu", my second book on dieting, in which I compiled the recipes for one week of low carbohydate living. I am currently writing "An Essential Nutrition Diet" that will be published in December 25th, 2019 and is available to pre-order at a dicounted price. I hope to summarize everything I have learned in this future book.
I have lived for 21 years in a low carbohydrate lifestyle, enjoying a stable weight, great meals, great overall health, diet violations when it was worth it, going more ketogenic, having no regrets, and an unexpected but welcomed mental sharpness. God willing, this way of eating will also improve my longevity.
